Port Hedland Debottlenecking Project - CPB Contractors
Eire Total Access recently completed work on the Nelson Point Port Debottlenecking project with our client CPB Contractors.
We provided site-wide Scaffolding, Rigging, and Rope Access services to enable the delivery of structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation packages.
The project involved delivering both greenfield and brownfield works over an approximately two-and-a-half-year period.
These expansion works were required to cater to the additional production of iron ore from the construction of sites in the inland Pilbara.
Kemerton Lithium Plant - Parc Engineering
Site-wide access provider including Scaffolding (labour and material) and Rope Access (trades) for the construction of the Kemerton Lithium Plant.
This construction project included various technical and complex builds to allow for trade access to plant modules and structures, for installation and commissioning works.
Richardson Centre - EMCO Building
Eire Total Access facilitated scaffolding services for the EMCO Buildings project within the Richardson Centre located in South Perth, Western Australia.
Over a duration of approximately 18 months, our involvement encompassed the comprehensive installation of perimeter scaffolding for the 8-storey structure.
Additionally, we provided stretcher stairs strategically positioned throughout the building, internal lift shaft access solutions, and erected gantry, canopy, and ramp structures to enable seamless access for construction trades to execute their tasks.
Kwinana Bulk Terminal - Freyssinet Australia
Eire Total Access provided scaffolding labour and material to our client to allow access to the underside of the wharf for concrete remediation and cathodic protection works.
Consideration for tidal movements and inclement weather contributed to the complexity of this project.
Ashburton Wharf - Mineral Resources Limited
Scaffolding access services were provided for the construction of the Ashburton Wharf to support Mineral Resources Limited’s mine site infrastructure in the Pilbara.
This was a high-risk project with considerations for cyclones and regional tides which contributed to the project complexities.
Redbank Bridge - Densford Civil / Main Roads WA
Eire Total Access provided scaffolding access to our client to carry out blasting and painting, structural repairs, and cathodic protect to the existing bridge structure.
This was a complex and high-risk build with works taking place over three (3) live train lines and a mine site access road.
Port Pirie Smelter Construction - Monadelphous
Scaffolding services in support of structural, mechanical, and piping construction of smelter expansion.
The expansion to this site was three (3) times the size of the existing smelter site and had a project duration of 12-months.
It included several technical and complex builds, with scaffolding structures to approximately 130m in height.
DPS1 Construction Offshore - ICON Engineering
Scaffolding material and labour for access support to the DPS1.
Project works included the decommissioning of asset infrastructure and the installation, and commissioning of an overboard pipeline.
We continue to provide ongoing maintenance support and services to the DPS1 for our client ICON Engineering.
Koolyanobbing - BGC Contracting
As the preferred access provider on-site at Koolyanobbing mine site, Eire Total Access provided maintenance and shutdown access services to the entire site.
This was a minor services contract for maintenance and shutdown services and required Eire Total Access to support ongoing maintenance works and monthly modular and major shutdowns.
Deliverer Offshore - Noble (formally Maersk)
We provide ongoing maintenance access services to the Deliverer asset.
Access services including Scaffolding, labour and material, Rigging and Rope Access.
Noble is a long-standing client and we are able to continue to service their needs to due the long history and familiarity with their asset.
MS1 Offshore - Valaris
We provide ongoing maintenance and shutdown access services to the MS1 Offshore asset.
Access services including Scaffolding, labour and material, Rigging and Rope Access.
Valaris is a long-standing valued client of Eire Total Access, we have been providing services to their assets for approximately 3 years.
Roy Hill Mine Site - Monadelphous
We were engaged by our valued client Monadelphous to support their access requirements at the Roy Hill Mine Site.
We provided scaffolding labour and material for ongoing maintenance and monthly shutdowns over a 2 year contract duration.
